Shipping/Lead Times:
Lead times are going to vary depending on various factors, such as type of manufacturing method and complexity. However, here are some general guidelines :
- Sample Lead Time: 18 days from the day you approve artwork/drawings.
- Mass Production: 21-28 days from the day you approve samples.
- Injection Molding: Lead times for injection molding are typically longer due to tooling. Tooling lead time is 4 weeks.
- Design: Emblem design assistance can take anywhere from a few days to weeks depending on the complexity.
If your order needs to be rushed, let us know. We may be able to accommodate.
We ship your personalized emblems using FedEx, but will utilize any courier you'd like at no extra costs to you. Shipping is free on all orders in the United States šŗšø

Trailblazer guarantees that the badges we supply are free from defects in material and workmanship. If you discover a defect(s) and provide us written notification within ninety (90) days after shipment, and upon our inspection we confirms the defect, we will either repair or replace the defective goods at no cost to you.
Returns
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we produce, there are no returns. We are more than happy to work with you should you experience any issues or defects with the products we supply. Our goal is to ensure we are your preferred partner for on-product branding and identification.

Thickness
The thickness of your custom logo emblem will vary. For example, most automotive OE manufacturers request car badges with a low profile that is light in weight so they most commonly request thicknesses that range from 0.03" - 0.05".
We are able to use almost any thickness of your liking, including extremely thick badging, but this will increase tooling and per unit costs.
Artwork/Engineering Drawings
These are commonly known as source or vector files. In short, vector files allow us to turn design concepts into tangible badges.
If you do not have artwork, don't worry. Our designers can help convert your design into production ready drawings. It is best if you can provide us with pictures or sketches of your design. We do the rest, free of charge to you.
We have emblem designers who can design logo badges from scratch, but there is a fee for this service.
