Artwork/Engineering Drawings
Commonly known as vector or source files. In short, vector files allow us to turn your raised emblem design concepts into tangible products.Â
If you do not have artwork, don't worry. Our designers can help convert your design into production ready drawings. It is best if you can provide us with pictures, sketches and all other information of your design. We do the rest, free of charge to you.
Designing a badge from scratch does incur a fee and will be dependent on various factors.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between embossing and debossing?
Embossing raises the design above the material's surface (2D & 3D), while debossing presses the design into the material, creating an indented effect.
Are there limitations on design complexity for embossing?
While stamped logos can achieve detailed designs, there are limitations based on material thickness and tooling capabilities. It's essential to ensure that lines and spaces meet minimum width requirements to maintain design integrity. For extremely complex and intricate designs, electroforming can be utilized, but there are limitations to the design and text height.
What file formats are available for artwork submission?
The preferred file format for artwork submission is Adobe Illustrator (AI), but other vector files that are acceptable include:
- Encapsulated Postscript (.eps)
- CorelDraw (.cdr)
If artwork is in another file format such as PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc. we may be able to convert it.
Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes, we can provide samples for the different products we supply. Some samples are shipped same day and some samples are shipped within a week. Contact us for more info!
Are embossed stickers availble?
Yes, we are able to fabricate, thin stickers with embossed surfaces. There are limitations depending on the material being used so it is best to contact us for additional information .
