In most cases no. Depending on your requirements we can manufacture from 1 to 100,000 items. For new school and college title bar & shields we have a minimum order quantity of 25.  Once your new title has been made you can order as few as one at a time. Button badges and Embroidered badges need to be a minimum order quantity of 50. 

Most of our badges are made from either brass or copper. Depending upon the application we occasionally cast badges from a casting alloy prior to finishing in your choice of plating.

Gold, Silver, Nickel, Copper, Black Nickel, Antique, and our own Duragold ™ that long outlasts standard soft gold plating. This plating is very good for use on Keyrings because it lasts much longer. Note: We advise against use of black nickel unless it is an essential design element.

A title bar is used primarily by companies, schools, and clubs requiring titles such as Secretary, Customer Service, Trainee, President, Steward, LIFE MEMBER, House Leader, Librarian, etc. We can quickly make any titles you want, with a minimum order of 25 for a new title. After that first order, orders as small as 1 will be accepted.
A crested name bar is a badge incorporating your school, club, college, university, sorority, or company logo into a series of individual badges where any text can be incorporated on any badge. e.g name, title, year, or number. Minimum first order 25.

A lapel badge usually serves as a corporate, club, or other organization, identifier. They can be made in any shape or design for your school, club, college, university, sorority, or other organization. Minimum first order 100.

No deposit is required for schools, government departments (including local government) and established customers. For all other customers requiring badges made to an original design we require a 30% deposit payable at the time of confirming your order.

Once we've received your approval for the final design and layout of the badge, you can expect delivery of your order within 3-4 weeks, but usually sooner. We will meet your deadline.

Usually samples aren't required because this tends to delay manufacturing and delivery times. We also guarantee to re-make your badges if you're unhappy with the finished product. We are happy to provide free samples of other badges we've made that may closely reflect the badge type or design that you've requested. For customers requiring the manufacture of a single sample, we ask for an immediate payment of $150 +Tax. This charge is then deducted from the total of your order when you decide to proceed.
