Artwork/Engineering Drawings
Commonly known as vector or source files. In short, vector files allow us to turn your personalized metal badge design concepts into tangible products.
If you do not have artwork, don't worry. Our designers can help convert your design into production ready drawings. It is best if you can provide us with pictures, sketches and all other information of your design. We do the rest, free of charge to you.
Designing a badge from scratch does incur a fee and will be dependent on various factors.

What types of attachments are used to fit metal nameplates and badges to surfaces?
Most of our metal badges use adhesives, but we also offer mounting holes, tabs, fasteners and more.
Below are some of the more commonly used adhesive types:
- Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) - Strong, immediate bond to various surfaces upon application of pressure, without the need for heat, solvents, or curing time. Used for smooth and slightly textured surfaces.
- Acrylic Adhesives - Provide strong, durable bonds that resist environmental factors like moisture, UV radiation, and temperature fluctuations. Commonly used for outdoor applications where durability is important.
- Silicone Adhesives - Provide exceptional flexibility and maintain strong bonds under extreme temperature fluctuations and environmental conditions, making them ideal for applications involving movement or thermal expansion. Used on metal but also great for plastic.
- Epoxy Adhesives - Form strong, durable bonds with excellent resistance to chemicals, moisture, and high temperatures and harsh conditions, making them suitable for long-lasting applications.
Our engineers can choose the best adhesive your specific application.
Are you able to supply custom car badges made from metal?
Yes, we manufacture metal car emblems using metal. The most common materials used are aluminum and stainless steel, but we have other options. Exterior car badges are very specialized products as they are exposed to harsh weather conditions and need to be fabricated using the proper materials, processes and adhesives. See our page here for additional information or contact us.
Are there any intellectual property restrictions?
Yes, we cannot reproduce any company names, logos, slogans or other intellectual property without a letter of authorization from the owner of the property. Reach out to us for further clarification .
