Lead Times & Shipping
Sample Lead Time: 18-21 days from the time we receive artwork approval.
Production Lead Time: 21-28 days from time we receive sample approval. If no sample is required the total lead time is 21 days.
Shipping: We ship all orders in the United States 🇺🇸 free using UPS Ground.

Trailblazer guarantees that the truck nameplates we supply is free from defects in material and workmanship. If you discover a defect(s) and provide us written notification within ninety (90) days after shipment, and upon our inspection we confirm the defect, we will either repair or replace the defective goods at no cost to you.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we produce, there are no returns. We are more than happy to work with you should you experience any issues or defects with the products we supply. Finalized artwork is typically the most suitable as it allows us to move directly into badge manufacturing. We can help design a badge from scratch, however this does incur a fee and will take additional time to develop.

In practice, real-world conditions vary so widely (sun angle, geographic humidity, maintenance regimes, top coatings on the badge/nameplate, etc.) that no single test duration maps directly to “X years in the field.” Instead, we rely on accelerated methods such as the neutral salt spray (NSS), fluorescent UV (QUV), xenon‐arc weathering test and more to simulate years of exposure in a matter of weeks or months.
