Touch, Feel, Remember—The Impact of Dimensional Branding

Your design, text, or logo can be brought to life with stunning embossed detail, creating a bold, dimensional look that instantly captures attention. We tailor the manufacturing process for embossing based on the desired desired appearance, surface finish, manufacturing process, attachment method, budget and more—ensuring the perfect fit for your brand every time. If you’re looking for fully custom badging, we can create fully custom tooling from scratch, or, for short runs and low-volume orders, we can use our existing dies to keep costs down without sacrificing quality. No matter your choice, the result is branding that doesn’t just sit on your product—it enhances it, making your brand unforgettable at first touch.

Reduce Expenses Without Sacrificing Precision ... Stock Dies

We offer flat blanks and 3D-formed edge stock with ready-to-use dies for standard shapes. Simply provide your artwork and confirm your decoration details, and we’ll quickly generate pricing for you within 24 hours. Using stock dies is a cost-effective option, with the added advantage of tools being production-ready. In some cases, a small modification fee may apply to tailor the tool to your specific design. If a stock die doesn’t fit your needs, we can create a fully custom tool to bring your unique vision to life.

What Is Your Brand Worth To You?

Cut-to-shape dies give your brand the freedom to break away from basic, standard shapes, allowing for fully custom contours. Whether you’re crafting a sleek, modern embossed emblems with sharp edges - a flowing, intricate design with smooth curves or cutting around letters, these dies ensure precision and consistency in every piece. Perfect for distinctive branding, cut-to-shape dies let you create 3D emblems that feel intentionally designed, not just stamped out of a template. The result is a product that not only fits your product seamlessly but also draws attention with its distinctive, high-end appeal.

Chose from 2D, 3D, beveled, dimensional and multi-level embossing to give your design depth, texture, and a prominence:
2D Embossing: This method raises your design to a single, consistent level, adding a subtle yet impactful dimension.
3D Embossing: By utilizing multiple levels and varying depths, 3D embossing creates a more dynamic and intricate appearance, enhancing the visual appeal of your design.
Multi-Level Embossing: his advanced technique involves raising different parts of your design to multiple levels with varying depths and angles, resulting in a highly detailed and textured effect. Due to its complexity, multi-level embossing is the most premium option.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between embossing and debossing?

Embossing raises the design above the material's surface (2D & 3D), while debossing presses the design into the material, creating an indented effect.

Are there limitations on design complexity for embossing?

While stamped logos can achieve detailed designs, there are limitations based on material thickness and tooling capabilities. It's essential to ensure that lines and spaces meet minimum width requirements to maintain design integrity. For extremely complex and intricate designs, electroforming can be utilized, but there are limitations to the design and text height.

What file formats are available for artwork submission?

The preferred file format for artwork submission is Adobe Illustrator (AI), but other vector files that are acceptable include:

  • Encapsulated Postscript (.eps)
  • CorelDraw (.cdr)

If artwork is in another file format such as PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc. we may be able to convert it.

Can I request samples before placing an order?
